PURPOSE: An advertising system and the method thereof by using local server are provided to manufacture contents of advertisement requested from an advertiser according to the local characteristics, and achieve the localization of the advertisement. CONSTITUTION: A user can see a plurality of advertisements through a user's computer(100). Internet(200) is a path for transferring information among a great number of users. A local server(300) is located at each region, manufactures advertisements suited to the characteristics of respective regions, and supplies the advertisements to a great number of users. A central server(400) is connected to one or more local servers(300) through the Internet(200) and manages by integrating the roles of local servers and one or more local servers. An advertisement manufacture computer(500) can manufacture advertisements according to the request of the advertiser by the advertisement manufacturer.
