PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fixing structure of a reel and a rotating shaft which enables regulating of a relative rotation of the reel and the rotating shaft without complicated machining of the reel and the rotating shaft. SOLUTION: A fitting part 127 having a fitting hole 129 allowed to fit a rotating shaft 125 thereinto is disposed at a specified position corresponding to the rotating shaft 125 of a drive part 7R in a reel 6R with a pattern displayed on the circumferential surface thereof while an insertion hole 144 penetrated into the fitting hole 129 is formed at a specified point of the circumferential surface of the fitting part 127. A hole part 147 is formed at a specified point of the circumferential surface of the rotating shaft 125. In the fitting of the fitting part 127 into the rotating shaft 125, a part of a retaining member 149 inserted into the insertion hole 144 can be inserted into the hole part 147.
