PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for profitably supplying high quality large fishes to purchase wishers or consumers in easily handleable forms. SOLUTION: This method for processing and selling large fishes, comprising processing the caught large fishes on a fish-caught fishing boat or in the fishing base of the fish-caught fishing boat and then selling the processed large fishes to purchase wishers apart from the fish-caught fishing boat or the fishing base, characterized by comprising an individual fish evaluation process for individually measuring and evaluating the caught large fishes on the fish-caught fishing boat or in the fishing base of the fish-caught fishing boat, a fractionation process for cutting the large fishes according to a set part classification and classifying the cut pieces for each part, a standardized fish piece-forming process for further cutting the fractionated parts according to set standards to form the standardized fish pieces, a packaging process for packaging the standardized fish pieces, and a storage process for refrigerating or freezing and storing the standardized and packaged fish pieces in the fish-caught fishing boat or in the warehouse of the fishing base. |
