PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing an embryonal enzyme, which is more improved than a conventional method for producing the embryonal enzyme and by which the obtained embryonal enzyme exhibits an improved health-promoting effect and a good dyspepsia-improving effect. SOLUTION: This method for producing an embryonal enzyme, characterized by inoculating Aspergillus oryzae in rice embryo or rice bran, suitably propagating the Aspergillus oryzae at <=30 deg.C, adding a lactobacillus extract or lactobacillus to ferment and propagate the lactobacillus and the Aspergillus oryzae, and then dehumidifying and drying the fermentation product. |
