PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hard coat film having weatherable life, transparency, scratch resistance, curl resistance and the solvent resistance and adhesion with a resin of an upper layer to be laminated and suitably used for laminating an outdoor window. SOLUTION: The hard coat film is constituted by providing a resin layer, which is formed by copolymerizing at least three kinds of monomers of a (meth) acrylic monomer to which an ultraviolet absorbing compound is added, a (meth) acrylic monomer to which a light stable compound is added and a polymerizable unsaturated compound having a functional group, on at least the single surface of a polymeric film base material and the resin layer is crosslinked by a crosslinkable compound reacting with the functional group and a hard coat resin layer is provided on the resin layer.
