PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rehabilitation instrument effective in limb blood circulation improvement that is storable in a compact posture, is usable in a home and is of an assistant type capable of assisting a user's own exercises. SOLUTION: This rehabilitation instrument 101 for activating blood circulation of a limb B is so constructed that an air bag 103 mounted to enclose the muscle of the limb B and an air pump 113 connected to the bag 103 via a hose tube 112 are provided, and repetition of injecting air into the bag 103 by manual operations of the air pump 113 to pressurize the muscle of the limb B and of leaking 105 the air in the bag 103 to relax the muscle of the limb B improves the blood circulation.
