PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric power steering device properly securing data of a variable resistance value R, accurately carrying out estimation computing of the number of revolutionωon the basis of the data, and appropriately achieving control using the number of revolutionsω. SOLUTION: A control circuit 2 is provided with a function of correcting the resistance value R according to a motor temperature t (motor resistance correcting part 6; steps S1-S3) and a function of computing the resistance R from a voltage and a current by determining a steering holding condition and assumingω=0 (a motor resistance learning part 7 and the like; steps S11-S23) or a function of computing the resistance R from a voltage and a current before/after a current change by determining a stable steering state and carrying out current reducing control (the motor resistance learning part 7a; steps S31-S45). |
