摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high temperature superconductive material having a small superconductive anisotropy, high critical electric current density (Jc), large irreversible magnetic field (Hirr) and a pseudo-anisotropic long coherence lengthξc in a perpendicular direction to a layer (this direction is set as a c-axis direction and the direction in the layer surface as an ab-axis), and also having e.g. >=100 K superconductive critical temperature. SOLUTION: This high temperature superconductive material having a 2-dimensional layered structure with an electric charge-supplying layer and a superconductive layer is characterized by exchanging a part of atoms constituting the electric change-supplying layer with atoms having the superconductivity so as to metallize or make the electroconductive layer as super-conductive, and also increasing the thickness of the superconductive later as large so as to reduce its superconductive anisotropy.
