PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prepare a pressure-sensitive adhesive tape which, though having adhesive power enough to adhere to the lamination side of a substrate to be laminated, exhibits tackiness suitable for adhering to the release side of the adjacent substrate when rolled up, and to provide a roll-shape cleaning tool which is prepared by using the adhesive tape, can attach dust on a floor, or the like, but does not stick to the floor, or the like, and has such an adhesiveness that it can be peeled with a suitable force from the release side of the substrate but it can not be peeled with such a force as to be applied when it is rolled in the inverse direction. SOLUTION: The pressure-sensitive adhesive tape is prepared by forming a hot-melt pressure-sensitive adhesive layer comprising (a) 100 pts.wt. copolymer resin component consisting of a styrene-isoprene-styrene block copolymer alone or together with a styrene-isoprene block copolymer, (b) 100-200 pts.wt. tackifying resin, (c) 40-125 pts.wt. plasticizing oil, and (d) 1-7 pts.wt. wax on a side of a substrate, the side being other than a side subjected to a release treatment. The pressure-sensitive adhesive tape is wound with the hot-melt pressure-sensitive layer kept outside, giving the roll-shape cleaning tool.
