PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide good liquid permeability and a characteristic of always obtaining a dry feeling for a wearing person, for a surface sheet directly contacting with the skin of a wearing person in an absorber product. SOLUTION: This surface sheet 1 of the absorber product is used in a contacting state with the skin of the wearing person. The absorber product comprises the foldiugly formed and punched hydrophobic surface sheet 1 comprising many crests A and troughs B formed between adjacent crests A and a hydrophilic layer 2 jointed to the lower surface of the surface sheet 1 so that the layer 2 contacts with only the troughs of the surface sheet 1.
