PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reliably assemble a first part to a second part with no backlash. SOLUTION: This assembling structure comprises stoppers 161, 26 and an elastic piece 16 regulating the movement of a first cover 1 in the direction nearly perpendicular to the assembling direction A and a coupling groove 160 and a coupling lug 36 coupled with each other to regulate the movement of the first cover 1 in the direction nearly perpendicular to the regulating direction of the stoppers 161, 26 and the elastic piece 16. The movement of the first cover 1 in the direction nearly perpendicular to the assembling direction A is regulated by the stoppers 161, 26 and the elastic piece 16, and the movement of the first cover 1 in the direction nearly perpendicular to the regulating direction of the stoppers 161, 26 and the elastic piece 16 is regulated by the coupling of the coupling groove 160 and the coupling lug 36. The first cover 1 can be reliably assembled to a second cover 2 and a bracket 3 with no backlash.
