BASE COAT COMPOSITION FOR TRANSFER SHEET, TRANSFER SHEET USING THE SAME AND ITS MANUFACTURING METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a base coat composition for a transfer sheet which does not complete curing in coating equipments in spite of the short period of time required for drying and has excellent blocking tendency and pot life, and to provide a method for manufacturing a transfer sheet and a decorative laminated sheet using the same. SOLUTION: The base coat resin composition for a transfer sheet comprises a moisture-curable resin component. For example, the moisture-curable resin component comprises an acrylic modified silicone resin. The transfer sheet has a transfer layer containing a radiation-curable resin composition on a base film and a base coat layer composed of the composition for a transfer sheet on the top of the transfer layer. The method for manufacturing the transfer sheet comprises (1) a step of forming the transfer layer composed of the radiation-curable resin composition on a base film and (2) a step of forming a base coat layer composed of the previous base coat composition for a transfer sheet on the transfer layer.
