ULTRASONIC WASHER

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ultrasonic washer which enables reducing the number of parts, allows a simple structure and is low in cost. SOLUTION: This ultrasonic washer is provided with a single diaphram 24 which vibrates a washing chamber 14 and a rinsing chamber 16 and a vibrator 18 which drives the diaphram 24. The diaphram 24 has the size which occupies the bottom surface region of the washing chamber 14 and the rinsing chamber 16 and is disposed while extending over the washing chamber 14 and the rinsing chamber 16. Therein, the vibrator 18 which vibrates the vibrating plate 24 by ultrasonic wave is disposed on the inside of the bottom surface region of the washing chamber 14.
