PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a fishing tool reducing a catching mistake of squid holding a bait fish. SOLUTION: This fishing tool comprises a sinker and a plurality of standing members which are stood vertically along a strut at given intervals and provided with a fishing line seizing part at the tip of the member in which a plurality of fishhook main bodies obtained by attaching fishhook bodies to catch a fish to one side of cylindrical members are arranged toward a central side and bundled at a binding part at the other side of the member, the plurality of cylindrical members are opened in a concentric circle by an opening device for laying a stay only in the direction of a fishhook body fitting part provided with a fishing line seizing part between the fishhook body fitting part and the binding part of the cylindrical members, one end of the strut is fitted to the binding part of the cylindrical member and the sink is arranged at the other side of the strut.
