PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a combine harvester equipped with a thresher capable of easily feeding culms to a threshing feed chain using a simple guide device when pre-threshing. SOLUTION: This combine harvester with a thresher has a mechanism supporting a pre-threshing guide 12 at a chain guide 16 to be able to rotate around an axis 17a. When the pre-threshing guide 12 is set at a working position, a feeding guide surface 12c leading culms between a threshing feed chain 4a and a clamping rail 4b is formed to have a guide part 12b covering the upper side of the transport-starting end of the threshing feed chain 4a over the whole width and, when the pre-threshing guide 12 is situated at a storing position, the guide part 12b releases the upper side of the transport-starting end of the threshing feed chain 4a.
