APPARATUS FOR INSPECTING PRINTED MATTER IN CORRUGATED BOARD BOX MANUFACTURING MACHINE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To inspect a condition of printing on a sheet by means of inline visual image processing in a corrugated board box manufacturing machine provided with a printing unit. SOLUTION: An apparatus for inspecting a printed matter in the corrugated board box manufacturing machine provided with the printing unit comprises a detecting means containing an input camera for taking a picture pattern information printed on the corrugated board sheet, a control means witch compares an image signal on every pixel detected by the detecting means with a reference data inputted in advance to judge abnormality of the printed matte, a means for eliminating an abnormally printed corrugated board sheet from a carrying line when it is judged to be abnormal by the control means, a means for displaying an image of the judged result and recording abnormality and defects, and an alarm means which is worked by a command from the above described control means and is constituted in such a way that the above detecting means containing the input camera is provided at an appropriate position through the final printing unit so as to inspect the whole face of the printed matter and the printed matter on the corrugated board sheet is inspected in an inline inspection means.
