PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrolyte salt compound which shows no hydrolysis or only very slight indication of hydrolysis over a long period, and to expand or improve the life and performance of a cell, a capacitor, a supercapacitor and an electorolytic cell. SOLUTION: A lithium fluoroalkylphosphate compound expressed by the following general formula (I): Li+[PFx(CyF2y+1-zHz)6-x]- (I) wherein, 1<=x<=5, 3<=y<=8 and 0<=z<2y-1; and the groups (CyF2y+1-zHz) may be identical to or different from each other, but excludes a compound expressed by the following general formula (I'): Li+[PFa(CHbFdc(CF3)d)e]- (I') (wherein, (a) is an integer of 2-5, b=0 or 1, c=0 of 1, d=2, and e is an integer of 1-4; however, b and c can not be 0 at the same time, and a+e=6; and the groups (CHbFc(CF3)d) may be identiacal to or different from each other)}.
