<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the cost while simplifying the structure of a device, to improve the durability while preventing the influence of water leak, and to quickly and securely operate the device with a simple operation. SOLUTION: This device for assisting getting on/off is provided with a base embedded at the edge of a platform, a first plate body for covering the base, and a second plate body to be covered with the first plate body when it is turned out and appearing from the edge of the platform when used so as to seal a clearance between a getting on/off part of a vehicle and the platform. This device for assisting getting on/off is also provided with a support means for supporting the second plate body movable forward and backward from the edge of the platform, an energizing means for energizing the second plate body from the getting on/off part of the vehicle to the platform, and a pushing means for pushing the second plate body from the platform to the getting on/off part of the vehicle when used.</p> |
