PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify the trigger locking operation of a glue gun. SOLUTION: A D-shaped cam 25 is arranged on the back side of the trigger lever 19 of the glue gun, and a trigger lock dial 23 is fitted to the shaft of the cam. When the trigger lock dial 23 is turned to a free position F, the plane part of the cam faces the back of the trigger lever 19 with a distance kept between them so that the lever 19 can be operated optionally. Then the trigger lock dial 23 is turned to a lock position L, the arc surface of the cam comes into contact with the back of the trigger lever 19, and the lever 19 is fixed in an unrotatable state.
