PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make an armrest main body thin in an accommodated state where an armrest is accommodated in a recessed part provided in a seat back while making thick in a using state, and to decrease a depth of the recessed part in the seat back. SOLUTION: An armrest frame 31 is pivotally supported to an armrest bracket 25 by a pivot-supporting pin 27. An elongate hole 40 is formed on a front-end side of the armrest frame 31. One end of a first link 41 is pivotally supported by a base end side of the armrest frame 31, and one end of a second link 42 is pivotally supported by the other end of the first link 41. The other end of the second link 42 is pivotally supported by the elongate hole 40 for free sliding in front and rear direction. One end 35a of an operation link 35 is pivotally supported by a second pivot-supporting pin 37 at the back of the pivot-supporting pin 27 of the armrest frame 31. The other end 35b of the operation link 35 is pivotally supported by the other end of the second link 42.
