PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing a mannose-containing feed which easily produces the mannose-containing feed in a simple operation using a simple apparatus. SOLUTION: When the mannose-containing feed is produced by treating copra meal with a hemicellulase solution, an enzyme reaction and a drying process are carried out in a single system serially or simultaneously. |
