<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem involved in using a conventional garbage treating device and method utilizing microorganism that treating is surely and rapidly performed by surely mixing and agitating the garbage and a decomposition medium, nevertheless a dead space is generated to disturb mixing and agitation, hence the insufficiently treated garbage is left, the treating efficiency is decreased, and malodors are also generated in the conventional garbage treating method and device. SOLUTION: Garbage is treated by microorganism, and the contents of a garbage storage tank at its lower part is transferred by an ascending conveyor to the upper part of the tank or to the upper part of the other garbage storage tank and circulated.</p> |
