<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method which can form unevenness even on the surface of a membrane having a complex shape, does not need a cleaning process in the course of forming the unevenness, has no problem in drainage treatment, and can form the unevenness on the membrane without environmental pollution. SOLUTION: To the surface of the membrane of an unsolidified liquid resin composition which was applied on the surface of a base material, granules which are insoluble in the liquid composition are adhered, the granules are peeled off after the solidification of the composition, and the unevenness is formed on the surface of the membrane by the traces of the granules.</p> |
