PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for controlling constant speed traveling of a vehicle capable of improving the follow-up property to a target car speed in a constant traveling mode and the drivability in relation to the operation of an acceleration pedal. SOLUTION: A target throttle open degree of a throttle valve is set so that speed of a vehicle coincides with a target car speed, and the acceleration pedal operated quantity is detected as an acceleration pedal open degree, and the set target throttle open degree and the detected acceleration pedal open degree are added to each other, and the open degree signal is generated on the basis of a result of the addition. The throttle valve is driven in response to the open degree signal and while speed of an automatic transmission is controlled.
