SOLUTION: A power raw material containing graphite or one or more kinds of metallic sulfides (MoS2 and WS2) of, by weight, 2 to 13% as lubricating components, Bi of 1 to 7% as lubrication strengthening components, P of <=1% and Sn of 4 to 13% as sintering base components and the balance Cu is mixed, is compacted, is heated in a nonoxidizing or reducing atmosphere and is sintered.
