PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a skin cleanser composition which has a characteristic touch and a characteristic flow property. SOLUTION: This skin cleanser composition contains a linear saturated aliphatic monocarboxylic acid mixture of 45 to 60 wt.% of a 18C linear saturated aliphatic monocarboxylic acid with 40 to 55 wt.% of a 16C linear saturated aliphatic monocarboxylic acid and neutralizing the linear saturated aliphatic monocarboxylic acids with ammonia.
