PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hydraulic circuit of glove backet for handling a cargo and a glove backet, which can implement handling of cargoes by means of the glove backet, which can extend the service life of a cargo handling apparatus using the glove backet, and which ensures a relatively simple apparatus structure. SOLUTION: A hydraulic circuit device for operating a glove backet for handling cargoes comprises an elevation circuit equipped with a hydraulic motor that drives a drum for elevating the backet, a hydraulic pump and a hydraulic line, and a hydraulic circuit equipped with a hydraulic motor that drives a drum to open or close the backet, a hydraulic pump, and a hydraulic line. The device further comprises a load balancing circuit that connects the elevation circuit to the opening/closing circuit. The load balancing circuit has a load balancing control valve assembly composed of a direction switching valve and a flow control valve.
