PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To set a floor surface near a center in a car width direction to a low position near a rear accelerator and to enlarge a lateral width of a center passage formed by the low floor surface in a bus. SOLUTION: An axis of a center portion 5 in a car width direction of a rear accelerator 1 is offset and disposed below an axis of right/left rear wheels in a low floor type bus. A single flat tire 20 is attached to the right/left rear wheels 2 respectively. Floor surfaces 9, 21 and a vertical wall 10 are set along the center portion 5 and the respective flat tires 20 to form a center passage 8 having a large lateral width.
