PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heater for a vehicle which can heat up a desired portion of the vehicle without hazards. SOLUTION: This heater for heating up a desired portion of a vehicle comprises: a heat block 1 coupled to an exhaust flue of the vehicle; and a heat pipe 2 having at least one end arranged in the heat block 1 and the other end extended to the desired portion to be heated.
