PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vibration unit saving the driving energy and reducing a setting space. SOLUTION: A vibration unit 12 is provided with a base 13, a plurality of vibrators 14 and a vibrator control circuit 15 set on the base 13 and also vibration plates 16 supported and fixed on the vibrators 14. Respective vibrators 14 are connected respectively with a vibrator control circuit 15. The vibration plates 16 are constituted of metal plates and supported and fixed on the surfaces of the vibrators 14. Detecting sensors 17 are set on the backs 16b of the vibration plates 16. The vibration plate 16 is vibrated by the vibration of respective vibrators 14 and progressive waves are generated on the surfaces 16. Subjects W to be carried are placed on the surfaces 16 and carried and moved by the progressive waves.
