PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lifting transfer device that lifts up a person in need of care and allows a care worker holding the cared person to transfer him/her in the horizontal direction extremely shortly and quickly from the care workers judgment of the situation, and that is easily storable under a bed side when unnecessary. SOLUTION: A holder 2 with a bearing part 4 having an upright holding mechanism 9 and a tilting mechanism 8 is arranged in the middle portion of a side frame 1 of a bed B. The lower end of a vertical shaft 3a of an inverted L-shaped revolving part 3 having a horizontal rod 3b projected from the upper end is retained via a turning mechanism 4a arranged in the bearing part 4 so that the horizontal rod 3b is turnable. The horizontal rod 3b is mounted with pulleys 5, about which ropes 6 are entrained. A swing-shaped sling seat 7 is releasably suspended from the leading ends of the ropes 6 to carry a person in need of care C. The base ends of the ropes 6 are wound on a winch 12 arranged on the undersurface of the bed B. A foot switch 14 incorporated in a power circuit for a drive motor 11 for the winch 12 is led out from the motor 11, so that a foot-depressing action can lift or lower the sling seat 7. |
