<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and a device for cutting a food dough, which can give food dough sheets each having a desired weight and a desired size. SOLUTION: This method for cutting the food dough 3, characterized by carrying the food dough 3 onto a measuring conveyer 9 and further onto a measurement-checking conveyer 11 disposed in vicinity to the measuring conveyer 9, and then cutting the carried food dough, when the sum of the measurement values of the measuring conveyer 9 and the measurement-checking conveyer 11 or the measurement value of the measurement-checking conveyer 11 is coincident with a set value. The device for cutting the food dough 3, characterized by comprising a carrying conveyer 5 for carrying the food dough 3, the measuring conveyer 9 for measuring the carried food dough 3, the measurement- checking conveyer 11 disposed in vicinity to the measuring conveyer 9, a cutter 7 for cutting the food dough, when the sum of the measurement values of the measuring conveyer 9 and the measurement-checking conveyer 11 or the measurement value of the measurement-checking conveyer 11 is coincident with the set value, and the measurement-checking conveyer 11 for checking the weight of the cut food dough piece 3A.</p> |
