CASE STACKING DEVICE, CASE PALLETIZER AND STACKING METHOD OF CASE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a case stacking device, a case palletizer and a stacking method for cases for increasing degree of freedom in a stacking pattern of cases and capable of coping with high-speed loading. SOLUTION: A length direction to a transferring direction of a case C is switched to a longitudinal direction or a short side direction with a direction selector switch 21 on the basis of a designated control signal. Corresponding to proceeding position of the case C to be controlled, the transferring direction of the case C is switched to the same transferring direction as a transfer conveyor 31 or a direction having an orthogonal direction component to this transferring direction with a case sorting and distributing device 22 on the basis of the designated control signal. Then, the designated number of the cases C transferred from the case sorting and distributing device 22 are decelerated or stopped to be aligned in a designated pattern with a pattern forming device 23. The degree of freedom in a stacking pattern for the cases is thereby increased and handling capacity for pattern forming is improved.
