SOLUTION: This equipment is provided with a first air cylinder 33 which pressurizes the tip 28 for a fin, which supplies power to a fin 3 which spirally turns around a tube 1, against the fin 3, and a second air cylinder 53 which pressurizes the tip 44 for a tube, which supplies power to a tube 1, against the tube 1. |
