PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stationery housing utensil wherein the closed lid plate does not open despite of the intention of a user under a normal using state. SOLUTION: A housing section main body 10 which houses stationery is mounted and fixed on a bottom plate 1. The lid plate 3 is mounted on the upper edge section of the peripheral wall 11 of the housing section main body 10. 21 is a permanent magnet, and 22 is a bonding section comprising a magnetic material. 23 and 24 are protruding sections arranged on the lid plate 3, and the movement of the lid plate 3 in the horizontal direction is restricted by the protruding sections 23 and 24.
