发明名称 METHOD FOR PRODUCING GLASS CERAMIC SUBSTRATE
摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for obtaining a glass ceramic substrate having a high dimensional accuracy and good in electric characteristics by which the sintering shrinkage in a laminated surface of a glass ceramic green sheet is surely restrained. SOLUTION: This method for producing a glass ceramic substrate comprises (i) a step of laminating plural glass ceramic green sheets having a conductor pattern formed on the surface and preparing a glass ceramic green sheet laminate, (ii) a step of laminating restraining green sheets containing a slightly sinterable inorganic material, a glass and an oxidizing agent onto both surfaces of the resultant laminate, (iii) a step of removing organic components from the laminate, then baking the obtained laminate and preparing the glass ceramic substrate holding the restraining sheets and (iv) a step of removing the restraining sheets from the glass ceramic substrate. (v) The glass content of the restraining green sheets is an amount so that the restraining green sheets are bound to the glass ceramic green sheets without substantially shrinking the restraining green sheets in the laminated surfaces thereof.
