PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ablation device which is introduced into a body and comprises a multiplex electrode, i.e., multiplex antenna. SOLUTION: The device comprises a grip, an electrode extending from the far end part of the grip, a probe, a thermal sensor and an energy source. The electrode comprises the far end part, a lumen, a cooling medium flow-in conduit and a cooling medium flow-out conduit. The both conduits are extended to the electrode far end part in the electrode. A sidewall port isolated from a cooling medium flowing inside the conduits is formed in the electrode. The probe is at least partially positioned in the electrode lumen and constituted to move forward/backward through a sidewall opening part. The thermal sensor is supported by the probe. The electrode is connected to the energy source. |
