PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seat for leisure provided with a table capable of eliminating a space with a step difference and effectively utilizing a narrow loading space in a station wagon type passenger car to be loaded with cargo in a rear part thereof. SOLUTION: This seat R for leisure is provided with a tail gate 5 to be opened upward or downward in a rear part thereof, and arranged in a vehicle 4 with a space to be generated between a back rest 3a of a falling seat 3 of the third line and the tail gate 5 when the back rest 3a is fallen. This seat R for leisure is formed of a seat 11 supported by a floor part 6 of the vehicle at one end thereof freely to be turned, a seat back 12 connected to the seat 11 limitedly to be turned the only forward of the vehicle, the table 13 connected to the seat 11 through a hinge and to be extended while turned in the gate 5 direction when used, and a stay 14 for supporting the table 13 between the vehicle. With this structure, the seat for leisure capable of eliminating the conventional rear space with a step difference and effectively utilizing a narrow loading space and provided with the table is easily provided.
