PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a portable alarm device for rolling stock approach easy for installation, small in the size of a field work installation type, with excellent vibration detection. SOLUTION: In a system, a highly sensitive vibrational acceleration sensor is installed on a foot side rail via a mount magnet to be directly connected to an amplifier input part of a sensor exclusive amplifier built in an arithmetic processing unit via a low noise cable from an output part of the sensor to sound an alarm unit by a result processed by an arithmetic processing part by sending a signal to an alarm unit input part via a connecting cable from an operation output part. The system is simplified. The sensor can be installed on the foot side rail. A detecting device is a portable type. Since the sensor uses a highly sensitive vibrational accelerometer, detecting capacity is also excellent.
