PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hanging packaging case for which a suspension piece can be used selectively in accordance with the condition of a store, and which is not obstructive. SOLUTION: A plurality of side panels 12, 14, 16 and 18, covering pieces 30 and 32 formed at the upper and lower ends of the side panel 14, and a suspension supporting panel 64 formed at the upper end of the side panel 18 opposite to the side panel 14 are provided. An incision line 76 connecting at both ends thereof to a creasing line 62 bordering on the side panel 18 is provided at the suspension supporting panel 64, and a through hole 68 contacting with the creasing line 64 is formed at the center of the end of the side panel 18 on the side where the suspension supporting pane 64 is propvided. An incision line 72 connecting at both ends thereof to the creasing line 62 is formed at the side panel 18 so as to encircle the through hole 68. The incision line 76 formed at the suspension supporting panel 64 the incision line 72 formed at the side panel 18 are positioned with both ends thereof being shifted each other, and a suspension part 74a formed of the incision line 72 and the through hole 68.
