PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance an operability of an operation lever. SOLUTION: A shift lever device 16 is provided with an operation lever 27 having an input point K1 to which an operation force is inputted and acted by the operation force making a fulcrum 20 as a center; and a first link 18 connected to the operation lever 27, acted making the fulcrum 20 as a center and having an output point 18A for outputting the operation force transmitted from the operation lever 27 to a cable 23. The device 16 is further provided with a second link 19 for supporting an area spaced from the input point K1 by a predetermined distance in a longitudinal direction of a shift lever 27 in the state that the shift lever 27 is movable in the longitudinal direction; and a connection tool 30 provided between the input point K1 and the second link 19 and rotatably connecting the shift lever 27 and the first link 18 making a shaft 31 as a fulcrum.
