<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stabilize quality of a pellet by quantitatively supplying crushed plastics to a conveyor. SOLUTION: An agitating blade 16 and a screw conveyor 2 are started to be rotated by a drive motor M, and crushed plastic pieces are charged in a hopper 11. The plastics in a housing 13 and the hopper 11 are agitated vertically by a rotation of the blade 16, and the plastics in the housing are gradually dropped and moved toward a belt conveyor 2 at each predetermined quantity while being agitated. The plastics are heated by a friction in a conveyor case 21 in the conveyor 2, and become a semi-molten state by the heating. The plastics are efficiently kneaded by a kneading extrusion means 3, completely molten by a heating means 33, and then the pellet is manufactured.</p> |
