<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To form a facial image having the same quality of image even when the facial image is photographed under different pick-up conditions and make a document with the facial image having the uniform quality. SOLUTION: A document issuing device 100 with pick-up system correcting information converting function issues a document 30 based on the facial image information D1 of the requesting person of the issuance of document read out of a data base 1 and a private information D2. Such a document issuing device 100 is provided with a pick-up system correcting information converting table 7, converting a pick-up system correcting information Dαj, added to at least the facial image information D1 of the requesting person of the issuance of the document, into a previously standardized image forming correcting information Dβj and a document producing means 8, producing document 30 based on the image forming correcting information Dβj, converted by the pick-up system correcting information converting table 7, the facial image information D1 of the requesting person of issuance of the document and the private information D2.</p> |
