PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transferable recording medium capable of performing display recording without applying mechanical stress when display recording is applied to a receiving article such as a card or the like and capable of freely setting a display recording part if necessary to provide the same. SOLUTION: The transferable recording medium consists of a base material, the release layer formed on at least one surface of the base material, the protective layer formed on the release layer, the thermal color forming layer formed on the protective layer, the light absorbing layer formed on the thermal color forming layer and the thermal adhesive layer formed on the light absorbing layer.
