PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To remove a defect in using a carriage for arranging casters in a rhombic shape on the reverse side in a hand cart for mainly carrying a cargo. SOLUTION: A pair of front and rear rotary universal casters 2 are installed in the reverse center of a front part and a rear part of a quadrangular carriage 1. A pair of left and right fixed casters 3 are installed in the reverse center of both sides. Support shafts 4 are suspended in the reverse four corners of the carriage 1. Cushioning wheels 5 are rotatably borne by the respective shafts 4 to cushion and avoid a collision with an obstacle. When a corner part lowers by deviation of a load, the lower ends of the support shafts are grounded.
