PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a tronmel possible to reliably and quickly move sand, reliably and efficiently carry out classification of sand with particle size within a standard and sand with particle size out of the standard, to make a sand transporting apparatus possible to transport a large quantity of uniform sand, and to reliably attain sufficient water draining capability by efficiently transmitting the vibration to transporting members. SOLUTION: The sand sorting apparatus is provided with a water tank 2, a tronmel 9 for separating sand with a particle size within a standard and sand with a particle size out of the standard, a sand carrying out apparatus 17 comprising a wrapping connector driving member 15 wound around a plurality of transmission wheels 10-14 and a plurality of carrying out members 16, linear guide rails 18 installed in the sand carrying out direction, guide members 19 fixed in the down face of the carrying out members 16 and engaged with the guide rails 18 in a manner the members can slide, an inclined tank 20 so disposed slantingly to the lower side of the guide rails 18, and a vibration application apparatus 21 to apply vibration to the carrying out members 16 through the guide rails 18 and the guide members 19.
