PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cold and hot poultice mask that is formed by providing one or a plurality of openings in a mask body and embedding a far infrared- containing sheet such as cloth, ceramic cotton, or nonwoven fabric, and is de signed to be used as a cold and hot poulitice adequate to a target symptom such as a facial treatment, a skin treatment, an eyestrain a dry eye, a stuffed nose by pollinosis, or a sore throat while bathing, when it is used. SOLUTION: Openings are provided in the mask body 1, and the far infrared- containing sheet is embedded in to the mask.
