PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a microorganism culture medium using animal wastes, by which the expensive microorganism culture medium essential for the massive culture of the microorganism can be produced at a low cost, and by which the wastes can effectively be treated and used, because the animal wastes are used as a main raw material. SOLUTION: This method for producing the microorganism culture medium using animal wastes, characterized by comprising an extraction process for extracting nutrients needed for the growth of the microorganisms from the animal wastes, and an addition process for adding additives such as a carbon source, a nitrogen source, vitamin sources and mineral sources after the extraction process. Thus, the microorganism culture medium for good growth is provided for at least one bacterium group selected from an aerobic bacterium group, an anaerobic, bacterium group, and a strictly aerobic bacterium group.
