PURPOSE: An LCD device is provided to prevent a flickering phenomenon of a screen by using one source electrode and two drain electrodes connected commonly with the source electrode. CONSTITUTION: A gate line(100) is formed to a lateral direction. A data line(200) is formed to a longitudinal direction. A rectangular gate electrode(110) is projected and extended at a predetermined position of the gate line(100). A source electrode(210) is projected and extended at the data line(200) near to the rectangular gate electrode(110). The first drain electrode(220) is formed to a direction corresponding to the source electrode(210). The second drain electrode(230) is formed near to the first drain electrode(220). The first and the second drain electrodes are contacted simultaneously with a pixel electrode(300).
