PURPOSE: An apparatus is provided to achieve an in-advance prevention against damage to hermetic terminal caused by a vacuum compression, while preventing deterioration of reliability of the compressor. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus comprises a valve housing(110) arranged to a fixed scroll forming a plurality of compression chambers together with a swirling scroll, in such a manner that a suction pressure area and a discharge pressure area of a casing are communicated with each other; a valve member(120) inserted in a sliding manner into the valve housing so as to divide the interior of the valve housing into a suction pressure area(Sl) and a discharge pressure area(Sh), and which moves in accordance with the operation state of the compressor so as to allow the suction pressure area and the discharge pressure area to be communicated with or cut-off from each other; and an elastic member(130) interposed between the valve housing and the valve member so as to allow the valve member to slide in a smooth manner.
